辅助服务对于保证电力系统的安全稳定运行至关重要。随着具有间歇性和波动性的可再生能源的比例不断增大,电网的调峰调频需求和压力不断增加。储能具有快速响应调节能力,是优质的调频资源。基于绩效的调频市场机制可以为储能提供经济激励,合理补偿其成本,调动储能提供调频的积极性。建立了在基于绩效的调频市场机制下储能的日前多市场最优投标决策模型。该模型可以指导储能优化资源配置,在能量与辅助服务市场收益之间进行权衡,实现利润的最大化;还可以作为估计储能收益潜力的工具,进而引导储能的投资决策。最后通过算例分析验证了所建模型的有效性。
Auxiliary services to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system is essential. As the proportion of intermittent and fluctuating renewable energy sources continues to increase, demand and pressure on peaking in the grid continue to increase. Energy storage with fast response regulation, is a good source of FM. The performance-based FM market mechanism can provide economic incentives for energy storage, reasonably compensate its costs and mobilize the enthusiasm for energy storage to provide FM. The optimal multi-market optimal bidding decision-making model under the performance-based FM market mechanism was established. The model can guide energy storage to optimize resource allocation, trade-off between energy and auxiliary service market returns, and maximize profits. It can also serve as a tool to estimate the potential of energy storage revenue and then guide the investment decision of energy storage. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
