类风湿关节炎(RA)患者滑膜中血管生成增加是造成滑膜炎、骨和软骨破坏、血管翳生长的原因。血管生成是一个由促血管生成和抑血管生成调节因子调控的复杂过程。类风湿关节炎滑膜组织中有许多促血管生成因子被表达,它们在类风湿关节炎血管生成的过程中发挥了重要作用。近年来在促血管生成和抑血管生成方面的研究进展,为应用雷公藤内酯醇等阻抑血管生成药物治疗RA提供了新的思路。
Increased synovial angiogenesis in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients is responsible for synovitis, destruction of bone and cartilage, and angiogenesis. Angiogenesis is a complex process regulated by pro-angiogenic and anti-angiogenic regulators. Many of the pro-angiogenic factors in rheumatoid arthritis synovial tissue are expressed, and they play an important role in the angiogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. Recent progresses in angiogenesis and angiogenesis have provided new ideas for the use of triptolide and other anti-angiogenic drugs in the treatment of RA.
