设计了一种低碳铁素体贝氏体双相钢,用Gleeble-3500热模拟机测定了该试验钢变形后的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,并对试验钢进行了控轧控冷试验,研究不同冷却工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,变形后的CCT曲线分为铁素体转变区和贝氏体转变区。试验钢热轧后经不同冷却方式都能获得铁素体贝氏体双相组织。三段式冷却方式比两段式冷却得到的铁素体体积分数减少,晶粒尺寸更小。840℃终轧后水冷到690℃,空冷8 s左右,试验钢抗拉强度达到765 MPa,伸长率为20%,综合性能良好。
A low-carbon ferritic bainite dual-phase steel was designed. The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve of the test steel after deformation was measured by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The controlled rolling and controlled cooling test , Study the different cooling process on the microstructure and properties of the test. The results show that the deformed CCT curve is divided into ferrite transformation zone and bainitic transformation zone. After hot rolling, the ferrite bainite duplex can be obtained by different cooling methods. Three-stage cooling than the two-stage cooling ferrite volume fraction decreased, smaller grain size. 840 ℃ after the final cooling water cooling to 690 ℃, air cooling about 8 s, the test steel tensile strength reached 765 MPa, elongation of 20%, the overall performance is good.
