文章以部分上市公司在汶川大地震中的捐赠额及其相关财务数据为基础,从捐赠行为视角浅议我国企业在面对社会紧急事件中所体现的社会责任,分析其捐赠行为特征,以及捐赠对企业的可持续发展影响的情况,得出了一些结论和启示,并适当地提出了建议。
