1975年,依据《香港工业训练(建造业)条例》,香港组建了从事建造业职业技术教育与培训的香港建造业训练局(Construction Industry Training Authority,以下简称“训练局”)。该局的宗旨是为有志成为建造业的技工、操作员、管工和技术人员提供专业技能的训练课程和训练机会,开展职前、职后和雇员转岗再培训,辅助受训学员就业。 训练局设有委员会,由特区行政长官委任。该委员会的主要职责是负责监督训练局的方针及政策的贯彻实施。训练局的日常工作由行政总监负责,并按职能又分设了6个专门委员会,分别研究决策训练局的重大方针和政策。训练局的经费主要来自建造
In 1975, under the Hong Kong Industrial Training (Construction Industry) Ordinance, Hong Kong set up the Construction Industry Training Authority (hereinafter referred to as “the Training Authority”) in Hong Kong for vocational and technical education and training in the construction industry. Its purpose is to provide professional skills training courses and training opportunities for skilled workers, operators, foremen and technicians who aspire to be the construction industry to conduct pre-service training, post-employment training and retraining of employees so as to facilitate the trainees to seek employment. The Training Authority has a committee appointed by the chief executive of the SAR. The committee’s primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation of the guidelines and policies of the training board. The daily work of the training bureau is run by the Chief Executive Officer. There are also six specialized committees divided by function to study respectively the major guidelines and policies of the Policy Planning and Training Bureau. The training fund mainly comes from construction
