根据郑州机务南段的统计,1983年第一季度,东风3型内燃机车因膨胀水箱出现虚水位所造成的计划外修理128件,因此,带来一系列严重的问题: 1.第一季度垫用蒸汽机车牵引客车79列; 2.更换气缸套175个,其中因穴蚀损坏的130个,占74.29%;因气缸裂损45个,占25.71%。3.停修时间7512.3小时,计313天,平均每天3.5台机车在段修理或待修; 4.此修程工作量大,劳动强度大。
