本文首先使用流式细胞术检测xx例SLE患者及XX名正常人,对照两个实验组的外周血中CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞和CD4~+CD25~+T细胞占CD4+T细胞的比率,深入分析CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞与SLE之间的关系,通过对照实现发现活动性SLE患者外周血中CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞及CD4~+CD25~+T细胞比例低于正常人,而且与红斑狼疮的SLEDAI指数呈现负相关等实验结果。希望通过本文的研究能够更加清楚的了解系统性红斑狼疮患者CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞的变化以及与SLE发病之间的关系,从而为后期的临床研究治疗提供参考。
In this study, we first detected the levels of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + regulatory T cells and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of two xx cases and XX normal subjects by flow cytometry. The relationship between CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + regulatory T cells and SLE was analyzed in depth. The levels of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + regulatory T cells and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + T cell ratio lower than normal, but also with the lupus erythematosus SLEDAI index negative correlation and other experimental results. It is hoped that this study will provide a better understanding of the changes of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + regulatory T cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and their relationship with the pathogenesis of SLE, so as to provide reference for the clinical research and treatment in the later period.
