目的观察小鼠附植前胚在子宫内的迁移能力。方法将CD-1小鼠受精卵、2-细胞胚、桑椹胚、囊胚、四倍体胚、孤雌活化胚等6种胚共1 042枚单侧(右侧)移植CD-1假孕母鼠的输卵管或者子宫,观察移植胚在两侧子宫角内的附植情况。结果共得到45只妊娠鼠,在这45只鼠的右侧子宫角都有不同数目的着床胚,而仅在6只鼠的左侧子宫角发现了6枚着床胚。结论小鼠胚在子宫内的迁移能力非常有限,单侧移植的多个胚很少的机率迁移到另一侧子宫角内着床,不能进行胚均匀分布。
Objective To observe the migration ability of mouse preimplantation embryos in uterus. Methods A total of 1 042 unilateral (right) transplanted CD-1 pseudopregnants from 6 kinds of embryos, including fertilized eggs, 2-cell embryos, morula, blastocysts, tetraploid embryos and parthenogenetic embryos of CD- The fallopian tubes or uterus of the female rats were used to observe the attachment of the transplanted embryos on both sides of the uterine horn. Results A total of 45 pregnant rats were obtained, with a different number of implantation embryos in the right uterine horn of these 45 rats, whereas 6 implantation embryos were found in the left uterine horn of only 6 rats. Conclusion Mouse embryos have very limited ability to migrate in the uterus. Multiple embryos unilaterally migrate to the implantation site on the other side of the uterine horn with little chance of being uniformly distributed.
