我厂加氢装置的注水泵为电动往复泵(3DT—2.5/150型),该泵运行中泵体振动过大,出口管线剧烈摇摆,管线支撑处磨穿漏水,活塞杆填料密封处泄漏量大,增加了维修工作。注水泵本身无流量调节机构,是靠旁路回流调节,其返回点离泵体入口很近。返回量愈大,振动愈严重。因此我们认为,泵体振动过大的原因,是由于返回流体的脉冲频率与泵体振动频率相同形成共振所致。基于上述分析,取消了原返回管线,将返回点移至注水罐入口,如图1所示。注水罐顶部是低压瓦斯(如罐中介质不需隔氧,可直通大气),具有可压缩
The injection pump of our hydrogenation plant is an electric reciprocating pump (3DT-2.5 / 150 type).
