目的:探讨利用手指血取样代替静脉血对卡马西平进行治疗药物监测(TDM)的可能性。方法:应用反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)法。结果:患者静脉血与手指血卡马西平浓度二者相关性好(r=0.963 9),经统计学分析(配对t检验)二者差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:应用HPLC法对卡马西平进行TDM,可以用手指血代替静脉血。
Objective: To explore the possibility of taking a finger blood sample instead of venous blood for the treatment of carbamazepine (TDM). Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was used. Results: The correlation between venous blood and finger plasma concentration of carbamazepine was good (r = 0.963 9). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two groups by statistical analysis (paired t test) . Conclusion: HPLC-based method for carbamazepine TDM, finger blood can be used instead of venous blood.
