粉煤灰作为矿物掺合料已被广泛应用在混凝土中,其掺量一般为15%~25%。对于粉煤灰掺量超过50%的混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及耐久性研究较少。本文研究了50%、60%及70%三种掺量及三种高效减水剂掺量下的粉煤灰对混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性的影响,结果表明粉煤灰掺量提高,有利于混凝土的后期抗压强度,但不利于混凝土的后期抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和耐磨性。
Fly ash as a mineral admixture has been widely used in concrete, the dosage is generally 15% to 25%. For the workability, mechanical properties and durability of concrete with more than 50% fly ash content are few. In this paper, the effects of fly ash on the performance, mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied at three dosages of 50%, 60% and 70% and three types of superplasticizer. The results showed that the content of fly ash increased , Is conducive to the late compressive strength of concrete, but not conducive to the late flexural strength of concrete, splitting tensile strength and wear resistance.
