当前我国社会组织发展迅速,迫切需要素质结构合理的社会组织从业人员。本文基于胜任力理论,从显质层、变质层、潜质层三个层面构建社会组织从业人员素质结构模型,并从知识、智力、能力、组织认同、思想观念、人格特质、动机等方面分析具体素质内容,提出优化社会组织从业人员素质的思路。
At present, the social organizations in our country are developing rapidly, so there is an urgent need for practitioners in social organizations with reasonable structure and quality. Based on the theory of competency, this paper constructs the quality structure model of social workers from three aspects: the visual quality, the metamorphic and the potential, and analyzes the factors including knowledge, intelligence, ability, organizational identity, ideology, personality traits and motivation Quality content, put forward the idea of optimizing the quality of practitioners in social organizations.
