如何对待西方经济学，一直是我国经济理论界不得不面对的一个难题。在我国由计划经济向市场经济过渡的转型期，处理好这一问题不仅对理论界、对我国经济政策的实施与选择均有重要意义。笔者以颇具代表性的凯恩斯经济理论的引入与运用为例，试说明其不失为分析宏观经济的有效工具和制定宏观经济政策的理论依据之一，但也有其历史局限性。 How to treat western economics has always been a difficult problem our country’s economic theorists have to face. In the transitional period from the planned economy to the market economy in our country, dealing with this issue is of great significance not only for theorists but also for the implementation and choice of our economic policies. Taking the introduction and application of the representative Keynesian economic theory as an example, the author shows that it is one of the theoretical foundations for analyzing macroeconomic effective tools and formulating macroeconomic policies, but it also has its historical limitations.
