杨树育苗在宿迁市已进行多年,但据多年苗圃积累的资料表明,成活率一般在65%~70%,3m以上大苗成活率仅在50%~60%。按标准苗木价格计算,每亩产值只有500元左右。为了探索提高杨树育苗成活率提高大苗产出率,增加单位面积经济效益,调节苗圃工人冬闲春忙状况,自1990~1991年连续两年对杨树育苗进行了冬插试验。 1 材料和方法 1.1 整地 1990年1月初,对圃地冬翻两遍,并结合耕翻,每亩施人粪尿1000kg,磷肥50kg。然后按宽3.3m、长25m作床。 2 种条处理 插穗按13~15cm长度剪截,每百株1束,清水浸泡12~24小时。为防治地下害虫,浸条时水中兑加辛硫磷3000倍液。 13 扦插方式 采用大小行。大行距70cm,小行距40cm,每床扦插6行,株距27cm,每亩扦插4500株。 1.4 田间管理 春天在土壤解冻后,对插穗进行踩实1次,以消除冻拔现象。 1991年冬,又重复进行了1次,基本技术措施同于上年。但为了防止冬季插穗冻拔现象,在育苗行上盖上了一层松土。 对照(春插)于3月底4月初进行,其方法同冬插。 2 试验结果 1990年按地块起苗、分级、统计,结果见表1。
