在初中数学课堂教学中,对于学困生的转化,是一项长期且艰巨的任务。对症下药,才能药到病除。教师只有在教学中,准确地分析学困生的成因,了解学困生的心理因素,深入探索,因材施教,才能找到有效的措施来帮助学困生进行积极的转化。主要介绍了初中数学学困生的含义,并对学困生的心理因素进行了简单的分析,初步确定了学困生心理转化的几点相关措施,抛砖引玉,以期能为更多的教育者们提供参考。
