初中学生在学习英语的过程中很容易出现两极分化的阶段,如何缩小优、差生的距离,是每个中学英语教师要面临的棘手问题。本文从学生出现问题的根源出发,然后对症下药,采取措施来解决问题,探索出一套用心理学理论为基础的教育新方法:运用心理学的原理来激发学生的学习动机,提高学生的记忆效率,加强师生间的情感交流,调动学生的积极性,树立学习英语的自信心,提高教学的质量。
In the process of learning English, junior high school students are prone to become polarized. How to narrow the gap between excellent and poor students is a thorny issue that every middle school English teacher faces. This article starts from the root causes of students’ problems, then applies the drugs to them, takes measures to solve the problems, and explores a new educational method based on psychological theory: using the principles of psychology to stimulate students’ learning motivation and improve their memory efficiency. Strengthen the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, establish self-confidence in learning English, and improve the quality of teaching.
