虽然社会旅游这一现象在我国还很陌生,但在国外却早已出现,近五十年来,曾有许多组织和专家对其进行了有效的研究和推广。本文引入国外社会(福利)旅游的概念,并对其本质特征进行辨析,了解其意义及其历史发展趋势。 Although social tourism is still a strange phenomenon in our country, it has already appeared in other countries. In the recent 50 years, many organizations and experts have conducted effective research and promotion. This article introduces the concept of social (welfare) tourism in foreign countries, and analyzes its essential characteristics to understand its significance and its historical development trend.
