《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:“教师应是幼儿学习活动的支持者,耐心倾听,努力理解幼儿的想法与感受,支持、鼓励他们大胆探索与表达……”作为新时代的幼儿教师,必须解放思想、更新观念,在学习活动中,努力做好孩子们的支持者、合作者和引导者。教师要成为幼儿学习活动的支持 “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” states: “Teachers should be supporters of children’s learning activities, listen patiently, and strive to understand the thoughts and feelings of young children, support and encourage them to boldly explore and express ... ” As a kindergarten teacher in a new era, We must emancipate our minds, update our concepts, and work hard at our children’s supporters, collaborators and guides in our learning activities.
