在国家大力发展高职教育的今天,如何真正把握高职教育的特点,充分体现高职教育以技能培养为核心的教育理念,是高职教育研究的重点。本文以《酒水服务与管理》课程为例,就“任务驱动”教学法在实践教学中的应用进行了尝试和探索,收到了良好的效果。而任务驱动教学法作为一种探究式的教学模式,更有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,能更好地调动学生学习的主动性,全面培养学生的自学能力、创新能力和团队协作精神。
In the country to develop vocational education today, how to truly grasp the characteristics of higher vocational education, vocational education fully reflect the cultivation of skills as the core of educational philosophy is the focus of vocational education. Taking the course of “Wine Service and Management” as an example, this paper attempts and explores the application of “task-driven” teaching method in practice teaching and receives good results. The task-driven pedagogy, as an inquiry-based teaching mode, is more conducive to improving students ’interest in learning, better mobilizing students’ initiative in learning, and fully cultivating their self-learning ability, innovative ability and team spirit.
