对一种双螺杆真空泵普遍使用的,由长幅外摆线和渐开线组成的端面型线转子进行了研究,推导出转子接触线方程的一般求法,同时给出利用MATLAB表现空间接触线的新式方法;分析各段接触线的组成,给出了所生成接触线的形状、长度的计算以及一个齿间容积内不同转角位置时接触线的长度变化规律。其次,根据简化转子力学模型研究了转子的动平衡特性,提出了两种动平衡设计方案。文章为其它双螺杆泵转子的接触线和动平衡特性研究提供了理论依据及参考方法。
A kind of generalized method of rotor contact line equation which is commonly used in a twin-screw vacuum pump and is composed of a long trochanter and an involute was studied. At the same time, The new method was introduced. The composition of the contact lines in each section was analyzed. The shape and length of the contact lines were calculated and the variation rule of the contact line length was given under different angular positions within an interdental volume. Secondly, based on the simplified rotor mechanics model, the dynamic balance characteristics of the rotor are studied. Two kinds of dynamic balance design schemes are proposed. The article provides theoretical basis and reference method for the research of contact line and dynamic balance characteristics of other twin-screw pump rotors.
