以红叶石楠当年嫩枝为扦插材料,采取正交设计和方差分析的方法,对不同基质配方、不同扦插时间以及不同浓度ABT 1号溶液处理等,对其扦插繁殖成苗率的影响进行了研究,结果表明:采用黄心土与谷壳灰按1∶1混合基质,并掺0.2%复合肥,以ABT 1号100 mg/L溶液浸泡处理插穗1 h,其平均成苗率达93%。最佳扦插时间为5—6月。
In the present year, shoots of Photinia serrata were taken as the cutting materials. The effects of different matrix formulations, different cutting times and different concentrations of ABT 1 solution on the seedling rate of cuttage propagation were studied by orthogonal design and variance analysis The results showed that the average seedling rate reached 93% with 1: 1 mixed medium and 0.2% compound fertilizer with ABT 1 100 mg / L solution for 1 h. The best cutting time is May-June.
