目的评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘、尿碘和水碘检测能力。方法盐碘用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价;尿碘和水碘采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学评价,Z分值的公议值来自参加考核的实验室。结果参加考核的省级实验室全部合格;地市级实验室盐碘检测合格率为98.3%(341/347),尿碘检测合格率为94.6%(334/353),水碘检测合格率为95.7%(333/348);县级实验室盐碘检测合格率为97.0%(1 764/1 819),尿碘检测合格率为94.9%(203/214),水碘检测合格率为96.7%(88/91)。结论本次质控考核结果表明,全国各级实验室盐碘、尿碘和水碘检测能力均保持较高水平,只有少数地市级实验室和县级实验室考核结果不合格。因此,今后碘缺乏病实验室质量控制工作的重点是继续提高地市级和县级实验室的检测能力。
Objective To evaluate the salt iodine, urinary iodine and water iodine detection ability of labs participating in the national laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders outside the laboratory quality control network. Methods The iodine and iodine were evaluated by reference ± uncertainty method. The urinary iodine and iodine were statistically evaluated by Z-score method. The value of Z score was obtained from laboratories participating in the assessment. Results The provincial laboratories that passed the assessment were all qualified. The qualified rate of salt iodine test in municipal laboratory was 98.3% (341/347), the pass rate of urine iodine test was 94.6% (334/353), the qualified rate of water iodine test was 95.7% (333/348). The passing rate of salt iodine test in county-level laboratory was 97.0% (1 764/1 819), the passing rate of urine iodine test was 94.9% (203/214) and the passing rate of water iodine test was 96.7% (88/91). Conclusion The quality control assessment results show that the laboratory salt iodine, urinary iodine and water iodine detection capabilities are maintained at a high level, only a small number of prefectural-level laboratories and county-level laboratory test results failed. Therefore, the focus of quality control of iodine deficiency disorders in the future is to continue to improve the testing capabilities of prefectural and county laboratories.
