一、基础研究 (一)血卟啉衍生物及其活性成份 目前临床上应用最广的光敏剂是血卟啉衍生物(HPD),它是从血红蛋白中提取的一种非金属卟啉经进一步纯化而成。HPD的主要活性成份是双血卟啉醚(Dihematoporphyrin Ether,简称DHE-S),由两分子血卟啉侧链羟乙基去水后形成。DHE-S具有较HPD用量小,活性高且副作用少的优点。HPD经静脉注入机体后首先与血清白蛋白结合,经血循环输送到各器官和组织,最后经肝、肾排出体外。有人研究证明HPD注射后48小时含量最高的组织是肝、肾,而
