目的:分析亚硝化农肥水诱发鸡咽食管癌、胃癌和肝癌的病理形态。方法:具体试验方法见文献3,动物组织标本常规处理、病理切片,HE染色,光镜观察,并与高发区现场自然发生的鸡咽食管癌、胃癌、肝癌标本比较。结果:实验组100只鸡中诱出咽食管癌16例、腺胃癌5例、肝肿瘤3例,3个对照组无一例癌变。结论:模拟高发区现场、模拟鸡胃液诱出的鸡咽食管癌、胃癌和肝癌与高发区现场自然发生的鸡咽食管癌、胃癌、肝癌在病理形态上相似。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the pathology of chicken pharynx esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer induced by nitrifying agricultural fertilizer. Methods: The specific test methods are as follows: (3) Animal tissue specimens were routinely processed, pathologically sectioned, stained with HE and observed with light microscopy. The specimens were compared with naturally occurring esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma in the high incidence area. Results: Sixteen cases of pharyngeal esophageal cancer, five cases of adenocarcinoma and three cases of hepatic tumor were induced in 100 chickens in the experimental group. No carcinogenesis was found in the three control groups. CONCLUSIONS: Simulating the site of high incidence of the disease, the chicken pharyngeal esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer induced by the simulated chicken gastric juice are similar in pathological appearance with the chicken pharyngoesophageal cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer naturally occurring in the high incidence area.
