自主学练能力,是指学生在体育学习和练习中,在教师的激励和指导下,进行自我练习、自我验证、自我评价和相互评价的能力。在体育教学过程中如何看待学生自主学练,目前还存在着传统教育与现代教育的两条战线,如何打破以前传统式教学模式,树立现代教育的体系,就必须用实践的理论作出有力的证明。美国著名教育家杜威曾说过:“学校最大的浪费在于儿童在学校中不能完全自由地运用已有的经验,采用自己的方法去获取知识。”在体育教学中传统的教学模式,多以技术教学为中心,学生缺乏提出自我目标和追求目标的动力机制,过多地强调了教帅的主导作用,忽视了学生的主体性,过多地强调课时的密度,强度,使学生在练习过程中缺乏自主学练的时间,没有思考、探索问题的余地,学习气氛沉闷,积极主动参与的意识不强,有的甚至对体育课产生厌学的情绪。综上所述,如何调动学生上课的积极性,提高主动参与的意识,就成了重要课题,我们认
