以三乙醇胺、有机物T及硝酸钙为主要组分,应用正交设计方法安排试验,配制出了性能最佳的无碱高效早强剂。对该早强剂早强效果进行了检验,受检混凝土比基准混凝土的1 d、3 d、7 d及28 d强度提高到184%、156%、137%和115%。并对其应用于水泥混凝土中其他性能影响进行了测试。利用XRD方法并结合SEM分析了掺加该早强剂的水泥水化产物组成,对水泥石中未水化的C3S及C2S与氢氧化钙、钙矾石数量进行对比。在此基础上,结合早强剂中各组分作用,进一步分析了该早强剂的早强作用机理。
Using triethanolamine, organic T and calcium nitrate as the main components, the orthogonal design method was used to arrange the experiment to prepare the best alkali-free high efficiency early strength agent. The early strength effect of the early strength agent was tested, and the strength of the tested concrete was increased to 184%, 156%, 137% and 115% on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 28th days of the reference concrete. And its application to other properties of cement concrete were tested. XRD and SEM were used to analyze the composition of the cement hydration products mixed with the early strength agent, and the unhydrated C3S, C2S, calcium hydroxide and ettringite in cement were compared. On this basis, combined with the early strength agent in the role of each component, further analysis of the early strength agent early strength mechanism.
