鲤鱼是我国重要淡水经济鱼类,深得广大群众喜爱。尤其在北方,鲤鱼的商品价值居淡水鱼首位。但由于鲤鱼对饵料中蛋白含量要求高(40—50%),而目前蛋白饲料又很难解决,因此长期以来,鲤鱼在养殖中只能作为一个少量搭配品种,而不能成为高密度高产主养对象。我所在承担农牧渔业部北方荷元鲤杂种优势大面积推广试验工作中,为了解决鲤鱼高密度养殖饵料问题,开展了以非蛋白态氮(尿素)替代蛋白,应用于鲤鱼人工配合饵料的专题研究,以寻求解决鲤鱼高蛋白饵料的现实途径。研究重点以鲤鱼肉营养分析为基础,探索尿素在人工配合饵料中合理的加
