目的观察新型人参加工产品膨化人参对大鼠骨骼生长发育的影响,并初步探讨其可能的机制。方法将32只SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组和膨化人参低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。分别灌胃膨化人参悬浊液(0.75g/kg、1.5g/kg、3g/kg)和蒸馏水,连续灌胃3w。心脏采血后取股骨,测量股骨长度、直径、体积、股骨/体重比。利用三点弯曲生物力学实验,测量股骨最大弯曲应力、弯曲弹性模量、弯曲能量和弯曲韧性系数。检测血液中钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶。结果中剂量膨化人参组大鼠股骨/体重比、长度、直径、体积、血液中钙磷、碱性磷酸酶浓度以及生物力学性能指标均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膨化人参促进股骨生长发育,可能与其提高血钙、血磷的浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性有关。
Objective To observe the effects of the new ginseng processed product puffed ginseng on bone growth and development in rats and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank control group and puffed ginseng low, medium and high dose groups, with 8 rats in each group. The rats were respectively gavaged with ginseng suspension (0.75g / kg, 1.5g / kg, 3g / kg) and distilled water for 3w. Femoral bone was taken after cardiac blood sampling, and femur length, diameter, volume, and femur / body weight ratio were measured. Three-point bending biomechanical test was used to measure the maximum bending stress, flexural modulus, bending energy and flexural toughness of the femur. Detection of blood calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase. Results The femoral / body weight ratio, length, diameter, volume, blood levels of calcium and phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and biomechanical properties of the medium-dose puffed ginseng group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Expanded ginseng can promote the growth and development of femur, which may be related to the increase of serum calcium and phosphorus and the activity of alkaline phosphatase.
