《广州日报》自1998年开始持续加大投入,在广州花都建立培训基地,对每年新招员工进行为期14天的系统入职培训。至今走过10年,累计受训人数逾干,培训内容包括户外拓展训练,中外专家讲课,报业运作实践三个模块。传授与反馈实时互动,理论和实践有机整合,受过训练的新员工已经初具报社所需的执行力。
Since 1998, Guangzhou Daily has continued to increase its investment by establishing a training base in Huadu, Guangzhou, and conducting 14-day system induction training for new recruits each year. So far passed 10 years, more than the cumulative number of trainees, training includes outdoor development training, Chinese and foreign experts lectures, newspapers practice three modules. The real-time interaction between teaching and feedback, the organic integration of theory and practice, and the training of new employees have begun to deliver the executive power needed by newspapers.
