目的观察曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的效果。方法将不稳定性心绞痛患者92例随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例。治疗组给予曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗;对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗。比较2组临床疗效、心功能指标、心脏生理功能及血脂水平恢复时间、心绞痛药物治疗总时间、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.3%高于对照组的71.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者每搏输出量、射血分数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组每搏输出量和射血分数均升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心脏生理功能、血脂水平恢复正常时间和心绞痛药物治疗总时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果非常明显,且可促使患者心脏生理功能及血脂水平尽早恢复正常,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine combined with injection of Salvia miltiorrhizae ligustrazine on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 92 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 46 cases each. The treatment group was given trimetazidine combined with injection of Salvia Ligustrazine; the control group was given trimetazidine treatment. The clinical curative effect, cardiac function index, cardiac physiological function, blood lipid level recovery time, the total time of angina pectoris treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.3% higher than that of the control group (71.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in stroke volume and ejection fraction between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, stroke volume and ejection fraction increased in both groups, and the treatment group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Cardiac physiological function, blood lipid levels return to normal time and angina pectoris treatment time were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with injection of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine is very effective in treating unstable angina pectoris. It can promote cardiac physiological function and blood lipid levels to return to normal as soon as possible and is worthy of clinical application.
