摘要目的使用剪切波弹性成像(SWE)评价人类乳腺癌小鼠移植瘤生长过程中的肿瘤硬度,并与病理进行相关性分析。方法动物实验已得到地方伦理委员会的批准。将人浸润性导管癌经皮下注入24只无胸腺的雌性裸鼠体内,每1~2周对22个肿瘤病灶行超声检查,测量病灶最大直径与平均硬度值。其中7个肿瘤病灶同时进行在体与离体的测量。不同大小的肿瘤切除后进行病理检测,测量活性细胞组织、纤维组织及坏死组织的百分比。结果共进行63次SWE检
Abstract Objective To evaluate the tumor hardness of human breast cancer xenografts in mice by using shear wave elastography (SWE) and analyze the correlation with the pathology. Methods Animal experiments have been approved by the local ethics committee. Human invasive ductal carcinoma was subcutaneously injected into 24 athymic female nude mice. Ultrasound examination was performed on 22 tumor lesions every 1 to 2 weeks. The maximum lesion diameter and average hardness were measured. Seven tumor lesions were measured both in vitro and in vivo. After resection of tumor of different sizes, pathological examination was performed to measure the percentage of active cells, fibrous tissue and necrotic tissue.
