对诺氟沙星滴眼液点眼后家兔眼组织中浓度用高效液相色谱法进行测定,推算眼内通透性和药代动力学。结果表明,诺氟沙星滴眼液点眼后迅速进入家兔眼内各组织,其中角膜的浓度最高,其次为虹膜-睫状体、晶体、玻璃体和房水。诺氟沙星滴眼液对角膜上皮的渗透性为2.91×10~(-5)。各组织中药物消除半衰期分别为:泪液2.99h、角膜0.69h、房水1.82h、虹膜-睫状体1.18h、晶体1.23h、玻璃体0.51h。而各组织中的Cmax分别是:角膜9.18μg/g、房水0.35μg/ml;虹膜-睫状体5.17μg/g、晶体1.36μg/g、玻璃体0.59μg/ml
The concentration of norfloxacin eye drops in the ocular tissues of eyes was measured by high performance liquid chromatography, and intraocular permeability and pharmacokinetics were calculated. The results showed that norfloxacin eye drops quickly into the eye after each eye tissue, the cornea highest concentration, followed by the iris - ciliary body, lens, vitreous and aqueous humor. Norfloxacin eye drops on the corneal epithelial permeability of 2.91 × 10 ~ (-5). The elimination half-lives of each group were: tear 2.99h, cornea 0.69h, aqueous humor 1.82h, iris-ciliary body 1.18h, crystal 1.23h, vitreous 0.51h. While the Cmax in each tissue were: cornea 9.18μg / g, aqueous humor 0.35μg / ml; iris-ciliary body 5.17μg / g, crystal 1.36μg / g, vitreous 0.59μg / ml
