当今中学校园以“90后”、“00后”的学生为主,他们大多来自独生子女家庭,甚至有一部分来自单亲家庭,由于家庭结构的特殊性,导致一些学生缺乏合作精神和自主性。教育对象日渐复杂,而教育模式相对滞后,这已经明显与时代发展和学生实际不符。通过以心理普查数据为研究基础,太原市第三十中学校结合学生实际情况,尝试以期待教育为主体,以养成教育和心理健康教育为两翼,以促进学生自我发展和全面发展为目标,以“交心、浇心、教心”心育文化为载体,抓细节促管理的“一体两翼”的德育教育模式,取得了较好的教育效果。
Nowadays, the secondary schools are dominated by students after 90s and after 00s. Most of them come from only-child families and even some from single-parent families. Due to the particularity of family structure, some students lack the spirit of cooperation and Autonomy. The object of education is increasingly complicated, while the mode of education is relatively lagging behind, which has obviously not exactly matched the development of the times and the students. Based on the psychological census data, the 30th middle school in Taiyuan combines the actual conditions of students with the expectation of education as the main body and education and mental health education as two wings to promote the self-development and overall development of students. “Heart, heart, heart ” culture as the carrier, grasp the details of management “one body two wings ” moral education model, and achieved good educational results.
