目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在早期诊断脑动脉硬化症(CAS)中的应用与效果。方法:抽选该院52例早期CAS患者作为甲组观察对象,选择同期我院收治52例无显著神经系统阳性体征患者作为乙组观察对象,给予所有患者TCD检查,对比分析两组检查结果。结果:两组脑中动脉与基底动脉的血流平均速度比较无显著差异(P>0.05);甲组TPV、PTI-1与PTI-2在LMCA、RMCA与BA的数值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用TCD技术可检测出早期CAS患者的动脉血流速度与搏动指数,对早期诊断CAS病症,意义重大。
Objective: To investigate the application and effect of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in the early diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis (CAS). Methods: Fifty-two patients with early CAS in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Fifty-two patients with positive neurological signs without neurological symptoms admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. TCD was performed on all patients and the results were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in average velocity of blood flow between the two groups (P> 0.05). The values of TPV, PTI-1 and PTI-2 in LMCA, RMCA and BA in group A were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: TCD can detect arterial blood flow velocity and pulsatility index in early CAS patients, which is of great significance for the early diagnosis of CAS.
