在简要介绍叶绿素仪工作原理的基础上,系统总结了课题组从2007~2014年采用叶绿素仪进行马铃薯氮素营养状况诊断的研究结果,详细分析了使用叶绿素仪SPAD-502进行马铃薯氮素营养诊断的影响因素,确立了诊断叶位,建立了临界SPAD值的计算方法,阐述了临界SPAD值与诊断时间的关系,筛选了适应于不同马铃薯品种的临界SPAD指数SL4-5,总结集成了应用诊断结果指导马铃薯氮肥管理的技术模型,并对该模型的应用提出了建议。
