随着社会的发展,越来越多的女性参与到大众健身和体育竞技中来,使世界变得更加丰富多彩。为了体现男女平等,2012年伦敦奥运会第一次把女子拳击这项运动设为奥运会项目。然而,由于女性自身的解剖和生理特点,以及现代竞技体育的激烈性和对抗性,对女运动员的身体健康造成很大的威胁。本文试求在女子在运动过程中的内分泌、经期紊乱及其间的关系做一综述,以便为这方面的研究提供参考。
With the development of the society, more and more women participate in the mass fitness and sports competitions to make the world more colorful. In order to reflect the equality between men and women, the 2012 London Olympic Games for the first time the women’s boxing this campaign as the Olympic Games project. However, due to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of women and the intense and confrontational nature of modern competitive sports, the physical health of female athletes poses a great threat. This article tries to make an overview of the endocrine, menstrual disorders and the relationship between women in the process of exercise in order to provide reference for the research in this field.
