随着医院船遂行远海多样化任务日益增多,其救治能力亟待优化。本研究针对医院船平战时任务特点,通过信息技术和数据挖掘技术,建立海上多样化任务医学信息数据集成系统和实时就医监测系统;通过文献荟萃、现场调研和专家咨询及层次分析方法对救治能力要素进行筛选与定义,构建医院船救治能力评估指标体系;运用运筹学、系统动力学方法,分别在医疗救治的节点、线路和网络层面构建救治能力优化模型,并形成优化软件和优化策略;成果用于海上系列重大任务,在参与单位得到推广应用。“,”With a busier schedule deployed in the ocean journeys for the hospital ship, it becomes imperative to optimize the model and strategy to enhance our medical capability to cope with the situation. Based on the features of military or civilian missions carried out by our hospital ship, this study established Medicine Information & Data Integrated System (MIDIS) for multiple missions on the sea and Real-time Hospital Monitoring System (RHMS) with the information proceeding and data mining technologies. After that, we reviewed and processed all the relevant literatures and on-site data for the analysis, consulted with those experts, and adopt the method of analytic hierarchy process. As a result, we sieve out the determining factors of the medical capability. The index system was built to assess the entire medical capability of the hospital ship. Finally, we used the methods of operations analysis and system dynamics to get Medical Capability Optimizing Models (MCOM) on three different levels:treating node, route, and net. Through MCOM, the optimizing strategy was concluded and the related software was formed. The above achievements have been widely transferred into application in critical missions on the sea.
