我国快速发展的工程建设以及对城市深部地下空间开发的推进,决定了深基坑工程发展在理论研究和工程经验上都正面临着挑战。基坑监测是基坑工程的内容之一,在基坑施工过程中,对基坑支护结构,周围环境进行系统全面地检测,全面了解工程情况,保证安全施工。本文分析了基坑监测技术及其重要性,并以实际基坑工程为例,利用BIM建立模型对工程进行分析,说明在基坑工程中利用BIM技术的优势。
The rapid development of China’s engineering construction and the promotion of the deep underground space development in the city determine that the development of deep foundation pit projects are facing challenges in both theoretical research and engineering experience. The foundation pit monitoring is one of the contents of the foundation pit engineering. During the construction of the foundation pit, the support structure and the surrounding environment of the foundation pit are systematically and comprehensively examined, and the project situation is fully understood to ensure the safe construction. In this paper, the foundation pit monitoring technology and its importance are analyzed. Taking the actual foundation pit engineering as an example, the BIM model is used to analyze the project, and the advantages of using BIM technology in foundation pit engineering are illustrated.
