本文首先回顾了心理危机的定义、演变进程、结局等基本理论。之后,基于生态模型分析了我国“90后”大学生的成长生活环境和心理发展特点,并结合“90后”大学生可能面临的心理危机类型和具体危机事件探讨其心理危机的特点。在此基础上,从系统干预的视角,阐述“90后”大学生的心理危机预防、预警、应急处理及各方面的具体工作,并进一步提出关于“90后”大学生心理危机干预的思路、方法等策略建议。
This article first reviews the basic theory of psychological crisis definition, evolution process, ending and so on. After that, based on the ecological model, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the growth, living and psychological development of the postgraduates in our country and discusses the characteristics of their psychological crisis in light of the types of psychological crises and specific crises that the postgraduates may face. On this basis, from the perspective of system intervention, this paper describes the psychological crisis prevention, early warning, emergency response and specific work in all aspects of post-90s college students’ psychological crisis, and further puts forward some suggestions on the psychological crisis intervention of post-90s college students Ideas, methods and other strategies and suggestions.
