作者观察了不同剂量氯胺酮腹腔给药于KM小鼠的麻醉作用。结果表明:氯胺酮剂量小于180mg/kg(20g/L)不能使小鼠麻醉;剂量在200~240mg/kg之间则能使小鼠在注射后平均7min进入麻醉状态,持续时间30.0±9.6min;剂量在250~290mg/kg之间时能使小鼠在注药后平均5.3min麻醉,持续时间59.9±21.4min;如剂量≥350mg/kg,则注药后4~27min内全部死亡;同时发现氯胺酮对小鼠呼吸有明显的抑制作用。
The authors observed the anesthetic effects of different doses of ketamine administered intraperitoneally to KM mice. The results showed that ketamine dose less than 180mg / kg (20g / L) can not anesthetize mice; the dose of 200 ~ 240mg / kg in mice after injection of an average of 7min into the state of anesthesia for a duration of 30.0 ± 9 .6min; when the dose was between 250 ~ 290mg / kg, the mice were anesthetized with average 5.3min after injection, the duration was 59.9 ± 21.4min; if the dose was more than 350mg / kg, 27min all died; also found that ketamine significantly inhibited the respiration of mice.
