本文从情绪、心理运动能力、气质和性格等方面运用统计数据论述和分析了事故的心理特征,指出了在安全管理工作中探索事故的心理特征对减少和防止事故发生的重要作用。 伤亡事故统计资料表明,80％以上的事故是由人的不安全行为引起的,而其不安全行为受到心理活动的支配。因此,为防止事故有必要从人的心理因素方面去探索事故的特征。
This paper analyzes and analyzes the psychological characteristics of accidents from the aspects of emotion, psychomotor ability, temperament and character, and points out the importance of exploring the psychological characteristics of accidents in the safety management to reduce and prevent accidents. Statistics of casualties show that more than 80% of accidents are caused by human unsafe behaviors, while their unsafe behaviors are dominated by psychological activities. Therefore, in order to prevent accidents, it is necessary to explore the characteristics of accidents from the aspects of human psychology.
