随着市场经济的发展和社会的进步,企业间的竞争日益激烈,这种竞争表面上看是占有资本的竞争,产品质量的竞争,科技水平的竞争,但归根结底是人才的竞争,而决定胜负的关键取决于高层次人才在企业生产、经营、管理和科技引进过程中的正确预测和决策。因此,企业在抓好生产经营和效益的同时要把人才开发、继续教育作为企业发展的一项重要的基础性工作来抓,从而保证人才效益、经济效益和社会效益同步增长。笔者通过对兰州炼油化工总厂开展继续教育工作的内涵分析,认为分层次地开展继续教育可以收到较好的效果。
With the development of market economy and social progress, the competition among enterprises is fierce day by day. On the surface, such competition is the competition of capital, the competition of product quality and the competition of science and technology. However, in the final analysis, it is the competition of talents, The key to success depends on the correct forecasting and decision-making of high-level talent in the process of enterprise production, operation, management and technology introduction. Therefore, enterprises should take talent development and continuing education as an important basic work for enterprise development while grasping the production, operation and benefit so as to guarantee the simultaneous growth of talent, economic and social benefits. Through the analysis of the connotation of continuing education work carried out by Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Plant, the author believes that continuing education at different levels can receive good results.
