以芦苇为原料、乙醇胺为蒸煮试剂,在常压条件下进行蒸煮试验,对芦苇乙醇胺制浆进行尝试。通过对浆料和废液固形物的分析,结果表明:在乙醇胺用量70%、液比1:8、保温时间1.0 h的条件下,所得粗浆中纤维素含量超过80%,木素含量低于5%,纤维长度与天然芦苇纤维长度相当;蒸煮废液所含木素纯度高,木素分子量大且分布均匀。
Using reed as raw material and ethanolamine as the cooking reagent, steaming test was carried out under atmospheric pressure to try the reed ethanolamine pulping. The results showed that the content of cellulose in the crude pulp was more than 80% with the dosage of ethanolamine 70%, liquid ratio 1: 8 and holding time 1.0 h, the content of lignin was low At 5%, the length of fiber is the same as the length of natural reed fiber; the lignin contained in cooking waste liquid has high purity and large molecular weight and uniform distribution of lignin.
