目的西藏高原恶劣的气候条件和自然环境对旅行者有着较大的危害甚至威胁到高原旅行者的生命。方法 1、在不同海拔中各项指标的检测;2、对82名旅行者进行了与高原病相关知识的问卷调查;3、对105名导游人员高原知识培训前后的问卷调查;4、口岸设立高原咨询和宣传旅行安全知识;结果 1、在不同海拔高度中对两组间的血压、心率和心电图有显著性差异,药物预防和宣传高原病知识有一定的效果;2、在不同海拔高度中两组间一般症状的问卷在海拔4500米处循环系统的变化有显著性差异;3、对82名旅行者高原知识问卷中75.61%人了解高原气候、65.85%的有旅行计划、65.85%有经常锻炼、78.05%人了解高原病的相关知识、95.12%人对高原病没有恐惧感、59.76%人曾去过海拔3800米以上、78.05%人有旅行社提供过高原旅行健康知识,因此该人群对高原病的危险相对较少;4、导游人员高原病知识问卷对15项相关知识的问卷中有9项知识培训前后有显著性差异,培训对导游人员有一定效果。结论 1、海拔在188和4400米处两组心电图变化有显著性差异,P﹤0.05和0.01;2、海拔在4500米两组的变化具有显著性差异=4.286 P<0.05;3、导游人员高原病知识问卷15项中10项均有差异。
