使用肉汤微量稀释法进行BMY-28142对747株临床分离菌株的体外抗菌活性测试,并与头孢噻肟(cefotaxime)、ceftazidime、头孢哌酮(cefoperazone)、moxalactam及HR810作比较。实验结果表明,对测试的肠杆菌科,326株本品是最有效的,MIC_(90)值为1.0μg/ml。对头孢噻肟和头孢哌酮的耐药菌株,其MIC_(90)值为4.0μg/ml。本品对酶是稳定的,无论对产生或者不产生β-内酰胺酶的流感杆菌(MIC_(90)为0.06μg/ml)和淋球菌
In vitro antibacterial activity of BMY-28142 against 747 clinically isolated strains was tested using broth microdilution method and compared with cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefoperazone, moxalactam, and HR810. The experimental results show that, for the test of Enterobacteriaceae, 326 of this product is the most effective, MIC_ (90) value of 1.0μg / ml. The resistant strains to cefotaxime and cefoperazone had a MIC 90 value of 4.0 μg / ml.
