空气浴就是让体表裸露在特定的自然环境中,利用大气中的物理和化学成分对人体的作用以防治疾病的一种方法。一、空气浴的方法:利用空气浴进行锻炼是一种最简单、最灵活的方式,随时随地可进行。行浴最佳时间:空气浴一般要求在人气晴朗、微风徐徐的情况下进行。最理想的气候条什是气温在20℃左右,相对湿度在50~70%,风速为每秒1米左右。行浴时间最好在早晨7点钟左右,因为此时空气中灰尘杂质与有害成分较少,空气凉爽,对机体的兴奋刺激明显。
