目的研究喂饲转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽对大鼠主要营养素(蛋白质、脂肪和钙)吸收利用率的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,即转基因组(饲料中转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽含量为5%)、亲本组(饲料中亲本对照冀棉14棉籽含量为5%)和饲以常规饲料的对照组,每组20只,雌雄各半,均喂养14 d,比较各组大鼠蛋白质功效比值,蛋白质、脂肪、钙的表观消化率等情况。结果两性别转基因组、亲本组大鼠的蛋白质、脂肪的表观消化率及雌性大鼠钙的表观消化率均高于对照组(P<0.01),但转基因组与亲本组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);转基因组、亲本组雄性大鼠的蛋白质功效比值均高于对照组,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喂饲转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽和亲本对照棉籽对大鼠蛋白质、脂肪吸收利用率基本具有实质等同性。
Objective To investigate the effect of feeding FBB7-iaaM cottonseed to the absorption and utilization of major nutrients (protein, fat and calcium) in rats. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: transgenic group (5% cottonseed with FBP7-iaaM gene in feed), 5% cottonseed with parental cotton The control group of conventional diet, each group of 20, male and female, were fed 14 d, the protein efficiency of rats in each group, protein, fat, calcium digestibility and so on. Results The digestibility of protein and fat and the apparent digestibility of calcium in female rats were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). However, compared with the parental group, There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The protein efficiency of transgenic rats was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The FBP7-iaaM transgenic cottonseed and the parental control cottonseed have substantially the same protein and fat absorption and utilization rate.
