以蛇莓、金银花、野菊花和蒲公英为研究对象,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定几种抗癌中草药不同器官中的硒含量。通过对比分析金银花、野菊花和蒲公英不同器官的硒富集系数来探讨其富硒能力。结果表明:金银花、野菊花和蒲公英的叶片相对其它器官具有较高的硒富集能力;蛇莓的根部相对其它器官具有相对较高的硒富集能力。金银花、野菊花和蒲公英适合叶面喷硒,而蛇莓适合根部施硒。
Taking snakeberry, honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum and dandelion as the research objects, the content of selenium in different organs of several anticancer Chinese herbs was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The selenium enrichment ability of different organs of honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum and dandelion was analyzed to compare their selenium enrichment ability. The results showed that the leaves of honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum and dandelion had higher selenium-enrichment ability than other organs. The root of snakeberry had relatively higher selenium-enrichment ability than other organs. Honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum and dandelion for foliar spray selenium, and snakeberry suitable for root application of selenium.
