目的:为探讨人近端着丝粒染色体随体联合与自然流产的相关性。方法:应用外周血淋巴细胞染色体常规制备方法及G显带技术,分析132例自然流产患者及98例正常人外周血淋巴细胞染色体及近端着丝粒染色体的随体联合频率。结果:132例自然流产患者中检出3例罗伯逊易位携带者。统计学分析表明自然流产组中D组与G组、D组之间,G组之间的随体联合频率与对照组相比均有明显差异。两组相比,Uc值分别为52749,双侧P<0001;54416,双侧P<0.001;46301,双侧P<0001。结论:罗伯逊易位是导致自然流产的原因之一。近端着丝粒染色体随体联合频率增高与自然流产有相关性
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between human proximal centromere chromosome attachment and spontaneous abortion. Methods: Chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes and G-banding technique were used to analyze the frequency of the satellite association of chromosomal and proximal centromeric chromosomes in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 132 spontaneous abortion patients and 98 normal controls. Results: Three cases of Robertsonian translocation carriers were detected in 132 cases of spontaneous abortion. Statistical analysis showed that the spontaneous abortion group D group and G group, D group, G group between the frequency of satellite association with the control group were significantly different. Compared with the two groups, Uc values were 52749, bilateral P <0001; 54416, bilateral P <0.001; 46301, bilateral P <0001. Conclusion: Robertson’s translocation is one of the reasons leading to spontaneous abortion.
