中药鬼臼历代本草均有记载,具有解百毒,杀大毒等效用。其同属植物所含多种成分及它们的衍生物具有抗癌作用。为寻找抗癌药物,作者等对华鬼臼的化学成分进行了分离研究。从我国西北地区所产华鬼臼(Podophyllum emdi var.Chinensis Sprague)根茎的乙醇提取物中分离得七种结晶成分,分别经薄层层析,熔点,旋光,紫外和红外光谱测定,有的也进行了衍生物的制备和混合熔点测定等。证明所得结晶Ⅰ为脱氧鬼臼毒,Ⅱ为鬼臼毒,Ⅲ为苦足叶素,Ⅴ是去氢鬼臼毒,Ⅶ经水解证明为一甙类化合物,Ⅳ与Ⅵ的熔点分别是295~6℃和303~6℃。
Chinese medicine ghosts and centipedes have been recorded in ancient Chinese materia medica. They have the ability to solve hundreds of poisons and kill large poisons. Its various plants contain various components and their derivatives have anti-cancer effects. In order to find anti-cancer drugs, the authors studied the chemical composition of Podophyllum sinensis. Seven crystalline components were isolated from the ethanol extract of Podophyllum emdi var. Chinensis sprague rhizome from northwestern China and were determined by thin layer chromatography, melting point, optical rotation, ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy, and others. The preparation of the derivative and the measurement of the melting point of the mixture were performed. The crystals I proved to be deoxynorphine detoxification, II for podophyllotoxin, III for bitter pinophyll, V for dehydroepipodophyllotoxin, and VII for hydrolysis proved to be a deuterium compound. The melting points of IV and VI were 295- 6 °C and 303 ~ 6 °C.
